A few weeks ago, I had an incredible weekend at Holston House Nashville Hotel. A part of the experience was dining at their amazing restaurant TENN. Holston House’s website says
An American restaurant infused with Southern flavor and culinary tradition, TENN’s casual atmosphere encourages guests to unwind over great drinks, enjoy regionally inspired classic American cuisine and iconic Southern dishes with contemporary techniques and seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients. Dishes are heavily influenced by regional farmers, ranchers, anglers and artisanal purveyors.
We enjoyed dinner and brunch there and I’m excited to share all the yummy things we enjoyed.

DINNER
The dinner vibe was so quiet and intimate. The room is dimly lit with candles and there’s an awesome photo of Johnny Cash on the wall.
We started with a few dishes for the table; butter bean hummus, charred pork belly, and beet and watermelon Caprese.
For our main dishes, I ordered the grilled flat iron, and Tim (my husband/photographer) ordered the TENN burger. We eat a lot of burgers, and Tim said this was one of the best burgers in Nashville. High praise from him!
You can’t enjoy a delicious meal without dessert, right? In comes ice cream with strawberries and chocolate cake. These dishes may sound basic, but we were scarfing them down and trying to finish one dish before the other did!
BRUNCH
It’s hard to imagine ever being hungry after enjoying so much food, but we were excited to experience brunch at TENN.
We skipped mimosas and bloody marys and stuck to coffee, mochas, and orange juice.
One of my Instagram followers told me the waffles were life-changing so that’s what I ordered. Boy was she right! The waffles were fluffy, delicious and instead of maple syrup had a fruity syrup that complimented the berries and waffles perfectly!
Tim ordered the bacon and egg croissant with crispy potatoes and the pepper belly biscuit. I’m still dreaming about those yummy crispy potatoes!
I have a feeling TENN is going to be one of our new favorite spots. The food is excellent, it’s quiet and intimate and the staff was AMAZING! I’d never met a nice group of people. Whether you’re staying at Holston House Nashville or not, TENN is a spot you have to try and experience for yourself!
This looks like such a fun and chic restaurant! Those sandwiches look heavenly. I’ll have to check out Tenn next time I am in Nashville!
XOXO
