Summer Cocktail: Raspberry Peach Frosé

May 4, 2020

The weather this weekend was absolutely amazing. It was in the eighties and perfect front porch weather. One of my favorite frozen treats during the summer is frosé (frozen rosé), it’s like an alcoholic slushie that’s so fun to experiment with! When I make frosé, I like to mix frozen fruit. It’s good with peaches, raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, even blueberries! In this instance, all I had was raspberries and peaches, but they were perfect together! I made a blender full for my husband and me as an after-dinner treat and it was delicious! Check out my recipe from raspberry peach frosé below.

Summer Cocktail: Raspberry Peach Frosé

Ingredients

  • 1/2 or 1 full bottle of your favorite Rosé
  • 1-2 Cups of Ice
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Peaches
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Raspberries
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Sugar

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Enjoy!

Cocktails need to be easy and I love it when you throw everything in, mix, and enjoy! As I said, this is a great after-dinner treat. If you drink before a meal it’s filling and will spoil your appetite. The sugar above is also optional if you’re wanting to cut a few calories and a little sweetness.

Make a frozen cocktail for yourself and let me know what you think! What’s your favorite summer drink? Share with me in a comment below!
