Summer Cocktail: Mixed Berry Frozen Margaritas

May 25, 2020

I know, I know, I haven’t done a quarantine cocktail post in a few weeks. As you saw, I had some fashion posts I wanted to do and this summer cocktail got pushed until today. But today’s post is something I know you’re going to love. This frozen margarita is perfect to throw all the ingredients in the blender and enjoy. I even made a Tik Tok video on how to make them!

TikTok videos aside, these are perfect to make for a patio hang with friends (while social distancing of course). Add a fire pit, some string lights and it sounds like the perfect summer night!

Learn how to make my favorite mixed berry frozen margaritas below.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of ice
  • 4 cups of frozen mixed berries (I found that strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries worked the best. Blackberries left stuff in my teeth!)
  • 1/2 cup of Grand Marnier
  • 1 cup of tequila
  • 3/4 cup of orange juice
  • 1/3 cup of lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of agave nectar.

If you want to half the recipe it’s fine too!

Directions

  • Get your blender and add all the ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!

We had a social distancing party for a dear friend’s 30th birthday and I made a pitcher of these for guests. They were a hit and were so easy to make, I had no trouble whipping up a second batch when they were requested. Have fun mixing your fruit. I have some frozen peaches and mango’s that I want to try this weekend.
