I hope everyone had a great weekend! We did a lot of laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping and laying around. After a busy week, it was nice to do a lot of nothing! But enough about me, onto today’s rosé cocktail recipe!
My husband made steak, homemade bread, and baked potatoes for dinner the other night and it was my job to make a cocktail. We had rosé in the fridge and all the other ingredients so I made a light and refreshing rosé cocktail recipe that’s a perfect pre-dinner drink! I love cocktails that are easy to make, I just want to put all my ingredients in the shaker, shake and serve.

Summer Cocktail Ideas: Light & Refreshing Rosé Cocktail Recipe
- 4 oz of rosé
- 1 1/2 oz of brandy
- 4 oz of club soda
- Lime juice (1 oz)
- Simple syrup (1 oz)
- Lemon juice (1 oz)
- Strawberries quartered for garnish
- Add all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake!
- Pour in a glass and add strawberries.
From my past month of cocktail making, I’ve realized that almost every cocktail or mocktail has lime juice, lemon juice, club soda or simple syrup. They’re a few essentials to have in the pantry and fridge so make a good cocktail.
