Summer Cocktail Ideas: Light Rosé Cocktail Recipe

April 20, 2020

I hope everyone had a great weekend! We did a lot of laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping, and laying around. After a busy week, it was nice to do a lot of nothing! But enough about me, onto today’s rosé cocktail recipe!

My husband made steak, homemade bread, and baked potatoes for dinner the other night and it was my job to make a cocktail. We had rosé in the fridge and all the other ingredients so I made a light and refreshing rosé cocktail recipe that’s a perfect pre-dinner drink! I love cocktails that are easy to make, I just want to put all my ingredients in the shaker, shake and serve.

Check out my super easy recipe below!

From my past month of cocktail making, I’ve realized that almost every cocktail or mocktail has lime juice, lemon juice, club soda, or simple syrup. They’re a few essentials to have in the pantry and fridge so make a good cocktail.

Ummm this definitely sounds right up my alley. I’m a huge fan of rosé and I love bright and fruity drinks. I’d probably leave out the simple syrup to avoid it being too sweet. But I gotta try it ASAP! Thanks for the idea!
