Spring Cocktails: Raspberry Lime Gin Cocktail

April 29, 2020

I know I didn’t post my weekly cocktail on Monday but I didn’t forget about it! Today, a raspberry lime gin cocktail! I had to run to the store yesterday to get the rest of the ingredients but this is a fun and easy cocktail to make! I’ve learned since starting this series that you should always have club soda, simple syrup and lime, and lemon juice. Every cocktail contains some combination of these items.

I haven’t made a gin cocktail yet but wanted to try this raspberry lime gin cocktail. I love raspberries during the summer and this was so fruity and refreshing. Learn how to make it for yourself!

I’ve been seeing more and more gin cocktails lately and I feel like I’ve missed the memo. I don’t think I’ve ever had gin in anything aside from a G&T (which is not my favorite). I gotta give this a try!
