I’m so excited to resume my Halloween Parties this year and make my famous Halloween treats! I thought today I’d share the recipe with you so you can make it home for yourself. It’s super easy and a great snackable treat. I’ve also put them in small bags and give them to teachers, delivery drivers, and friends for Halloween. Check out the delicious party Halloween popcorn recipe below!

Directions

  • Spray the inside of a large bowl with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Lightly spray a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Pop the popcorn and put it in the large mixing bowl.
  • In a medium saucepan, heat the 3 tablespoons of butter over low heat until melted.
  • Add the 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract and the bag of marshmallows.
  • Stir constantly until the marshmallows are melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Take the pan to the large mixing bowl and pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn mix.
  • Get a spatula, spray with a little bit of cooking spray, and stir until everything is mixed.
  • Spread the mixture over parchment paper on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with the Snickers bar, crumble the chocolate chip cookies, crush up almonds and add M&Ms that are festive (orange, brown, or yellow).
  • Add more cooking spray to the spatula and press the extra ingredients into the marshmallow/popcorn mixture.

Let the mixture sit out for about an hour while it sets.

  • Once it’s set, get an airtight container and break it off into 2-inch pieces.
  • Spray the inside of a large mixing bowl with the vegetable cooking spray.
  • Take the pan to the large mixing bowl and pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn.
  • Get a spatula, spray with cooking spray, and stir until everything is mixed.
  • Spread the mixture over parchment paper on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with the Snickers Halloween candy bar, crumble the chocolate chip cookies, crush up almonds and add M&Ms that are festive (orange, brown, or yellow). You could also add candy corn or Halloween sprinkles.
  • Add more cooking spray to the spatula and press the extra ingredients into the marshmallow/popcorn mixture.
  • Let the mixture sit out for about an hour while it sets.
  • Once it’s set, get an airtight container and break it off into 2-inch pieces.

I would say prep time is about half an hour and then you have to wait an hour while it sets. After that you’ll be done in 15 minutes!
