I know, I know, it’s a tad late for NYFW recaps. I was halfway done and got busy! So I figured today I’d knock it out and share days 3 and 4 of my NYFW adventures.
Day 3
This day was full of taking blog photos! I met first thing in the morning with Angelene of Angelene Nina Photography and we spent the morning photographing six looks! Angelene was so sweet and easy to work with. I recommend her if you’re in NYC!
One of my favorite looks that we shot was this Nirvana sweatshirt. I got this at H&M on major sale a few months ago and love styling it with boy shorts, a denim jacket, and boots!
It’s styled with white boots in the photos but I’ve also done a red lip with red boots. Comfy and stylish!

After photographic, I changed and headed to Son Jung Wan. This is always one of my favorite shows of NYFW. Son Jung Wan was full of spring florals, pastels, and gorgeous detailing.
After the show, I met up with my roomie Alicia and her boyfriend Tom to grab a bite and shoot some more looks.
When I come to NYC I stock up on content. There are so many outfits that just fit in NYC that don’t in Nashville. Like this green blazer dress from Nasty Gal!

After shooting a few more looks, I changed again and headed to the Supernova show and met up with Rachel. The show was split up between four different designers and they each had some amazing looks!
Once the show was over, we headed to While We Were Young for dinner. This restaurant came highly recommended and is so Instagrammable! I ordered the salmon and it was absolutely amazing and so yummy.
Day 4
Who doesn’t love a day that starts with a little pampering? Alicia and I headed to Paintbox and got a mani with Kendra Scott and their polish. This event is always so much fun for me because I see bloggers and girls that I hadn’t seen at fashion week yet!
After getting my nails done, I walked out and ran into Nashville blogger Ashley, who was shooting a few looks! So strange how you run into people in New York. We met up for a quick cup of coffee and got to catch up on all things fashion week.
After another outfit change, this pretty fringe set from House of Harlow x Revolve, it was time for the Vogue x Kendra Scott event at Spring Studios. It was such a rainy day so the event was held inside. There was food, drinks, a photo booth and fun charm bar where you could customize a Kendra Scott piece! I got a rose gold necklace with a bunch of different charms on it.

I saw last years NYFW roomies, Lan and Dawn, there and also saw my blogger crush Blair Eadie of Atlantic Pacific! Not going to lie, I was so intimidated and nervous to meet her but she was so sweet in person and even posed for a few photos with all of us!
This day was definitely my favorite day of NYFW!
Afterward, Dawn, Alicia, and Lan took me on my first club experience to 1OAK. I know, I know, I’m 28 and never been to a club! It was the perfect ending of fashion week dancing and having fun with friends.
This fashion week was definitely one for the books! I feel like each time I go it gets better and better. I’m already planning and looking forward to NYFW in February!
Isn’t Angelene the best?! Don’t know what I’d do without her!!! Pics came out great 🙂
