January is almost halfway done and Valentine’s Day is a little over a month away. (Don’t panic yet, you still have plenty of time dudes). If you’re like me and plan content ahead of time, you might be already thinking of festive, themed Vday photos to put on the Gram. Well, I’ve done a little homework for you and rounded up some Nashville murals that would be perfect backgrounds for Valentine’s Day photos. Check out my selections!
Nashville Murals Perfect for Valentine’s Day Photos
XO at 5th & Broadway
XoXo Nashville! You can find this beautiful floral mural at 5th & Broadway. Just go near the escalators on the first level and you can’t miss it. If you want a photo in it, this area is always busy so you can find someone to take a photo for you.
Hippie Love Mural
Where can you find this groovy mural? Well, go to the post office on Charlotte in West Nashville. Drive to the back alley and it’s right there! I don’t know who the artist is but this always makes me smile when I’m at the post office.
Simple Pink Background
Off of West End, you’ll see a pink building called Emma’s Flowers. Drive to the back and their loading area and back parking lot is the perfect shade of pink for any Valentine’s Day photos.
I Love Y’all
Love is what Valentine’s Day is all about right? You can find this at The Loading Dock in the Wedgewood Houston area. Pencil & Paper Co. commissioned the mural and I love the simplicity of it.
Red Lips
Find this fun mural in the alley between Fido and UAL in Hillsboro Village. Be quick with this one though, people drive in and out of the alley a lot and it’s a narrow space. You don’t want to cause a traffic jam or have a driver get stuck.

Conversation Hearts
Located in the Gulch, you can find these fun hearts on the side of Finley’s Boutique. There’s a heart for every relationship on Valentine’s Day and event some fun ones like “What Would Dolly Do?” (A question I ask myself every single day.)
