Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope you’re hungry, I have a great restaurant for you to try. Last week we were invited to have lunch at Oak Steakhouse, located outside the Westin in downtown Nashville.
Operated by The Indigo Road restaurant group, Oak Nashville presents an innovative take on the classic steakhouse. Located in the heart of Music City, Oak Steakhouse offers a modern approach to steakhouse dining, serving farm-fresh dishes alongside steakhouse classics in a modern and intimate environment.
Under the direction of executive chef Eric Zizka, Oak’s menu highlights the restaurant’s relationship with local farmers and purveyors. To complement the menu, Oak’s expansive wine list features California Cabernet and Old World reds including a selection of Italian and Spanish wines, as well as an array of artisan domestic wines. The beverage program boasts classic, seasonal cocktails alongside local Nashville brews and both domestic and international beers.
The decor at Oa Nashville is gorgeous. With two stories, the bottom is the bar, lounge, and tables. Upstairs is the restrooms and private dining area for events and parties. See all the yummy food we ordered below!
LUNCH AT OAK NASHVILLE
We started our Oak Nashville lunchdate with sweet tea to drink and ordered Black-Eyed Pea Hummus and Sweet & Spicy Calamari. For our meal, Tim ordered the short rib panini and I ordered the Mustard-Bourbon Glazed Bistro Steak. Then for dessert, we had the yummiest Key Lime Pie!
The meal was so good and we cleaned each and every plate. I will say this Oak Nashville lunch is perfect for a business meeting or catching up with a friend. It’s an upscale vibe and perfect for a special occasion. Two thumbs up from me!
Go grab lunch for yourself at Oak Nashville between 11 a.m. til 2:30 p.m.
