Local Love: 5 Nashville Nations Murals to Visit

July 10, 2020

Have you heard of the Nashville Nations? It’s a neighborhood near downtown Nashville and is such a cool spot. We have breweries, amazing restaurants, and some amazing murals! You can check out all of the Nashville murals here on my mural map, but thought I’d highlight 5 of my favorite Nashville Nations murals to visit.

Local Love: 5 Nashville Nations Murals to Visit

What Would Dolly Do? by the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The Country Music Hall of Fame frequently paints murals on this wall to promote an exhibit but the Nations have fallen in love with this Dolly Parton mural. You can find it on 51st Avenue next to Studio 51st.

L-O-V-E. I stumbled across this mural when I was dropping a package off at the Post Office on Charlotte Ave. I have no idea who painted it but I’m obsessed with the colors. Let’s be honest, we all could use a little more love right now.

Kobe and Gianna Bryant. This is a new mural that’s popped up in quarantine at Red Bicycle on Studio 51 in memory of Kobe and Gianna Bryant who was killed in a plane crash earlier this year. The colorful mural features motivational quotes from Kobe Bryant and is a beautiful addition to the neighborhood.

Welcome to the Nations! This strip of murals is located on the side of Music City Tents and Events and has lots of cool, colorful murals from different artists.

She’s Worth More. ABLE is challenging the culture of the fashion industry by transforming opportunities for women. Their denim, leather goods, and jewelry are beautiful. See this beautiful mural outside their store and do a little shopping inside and learn more about their company and mission.

Have you ever been to the Nashville Nations? Add it to the itinerary for your next trip to Nashville and see these cool murals for yourself!
