As a Nashville native, I know that some of my best nights downtown are when karaoke is involved. Whether you’re a few shots in or want some good clean fun, karaoke is the perfect weekend activity. I go pretty often with friends and love hitting the stage to let loose. My go-to songs? No Scrub by TLC, Fergalicious by Fergie, and Mr. Brightside by the Killers. If you’re in Music City, I’m sharing 5 of the best karaoke bars in Nashville below!
The 5 Best Karaoke Bars in Nashville
The Wild Beaver Saloon
My favorite karaoke Nashville spot is the Wild Beaver Saloon. Located on Commerce Street, it’s a hop skip, and a jump from Broadway. I like the Beaver because it’s a little off-Broadway but with just as much fun. I recommend signing up for karaoke right when you get in. If it’s a busy night you can pay to move to the top of the list. Once you have your song choice in, grab a Beaver Bomb from the bar, ride the mechanical bull, or play some of the arcade games in the back.
The Wild Beaver Saloon is open Tuesday from 5 p.m. – 1 a.m., Wednesday from 7 p.m. – 1 a.m., Thursday from 5 p.m. – 1 a.m., Friday from 5 p.m. – 3 a.m., Saturday from 1 p.m. – 3 a.m. and Sunday from 5 p.m. – 3 a.m. There’s a parking garage available next door to the building.
Santa’s Pub
Another karaoke institution in Nashville is Santa’s Pub. And yes, it’s a double-wide that’s decorated in holiday decor! Located in the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood off of Bransford Ave. you are likely to catch a celeb or two doing karaoke here! Santa’s in cash only so bring plenty for the cover and drinks. Santa’s also has a strict no-cursing policy in its songs so know if you drop any profanity, you’ll be asked to leave.
Santa’s Pub is open Wednesday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m. Parking is available out front.
Ms. Kelli’s
Located in Printer’s Alley, Ms. Kelli’s Karaoke Bar has an extensive list of songs, pub fare, and plenty of beers on tap. Printer’s Alley is always a fun scene with different restaurants and bars tucked away below the string lights and neon signs. If honky tonks aren’t your vibe and you want a little fun, I’d hit up Ms. Kelli’s for a few rounds of drinks and karaoke.
Ms. Kelli’s is open from Monday – Thursday from 7 p.m. – 3 a.m. and Friday – Sunday from 3 p.m. – 3 a.m. Parking is available in surrounding garages.
WannaB’s Karaoke Bar
If you want a karaoke bar right in the heart of Broadway then you’ll want to head to WannaB’s. Located inside Tequila Cowboy, WannaB’s is family-friendly until 8:30 p.m. and then turns into 21 and up.
WannaB’s is open Thursday – Sunday from 12 p.m. – 2 a.m. Parking is available in surrounding garages.
Lonnie’s Western Room
Lonnie’s is located off Church Street and has been around since 1989. Come and get a drink, pizza by the slice, and sing a song or two.
Lonnie’s is open Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. and Friday – Sunday from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. Parking is available in surrounding garages.
