Have you been outside lately? The temps are slowly starting to fall and the nights are getting a tad chilly. When the weather is in an in-between phase like this, I usually dress in layers. Your base is a bodysuit and then add a leather jacket, blazer, or cardigan over for when it gets cold.
If you’re new here, I’m 5’10” and have long legs and a long torso. I love fashion but due to my height have trial and error with pieces. Sometimes I can make something work and other times it’s a nightmare. Bodysuits and jeans are my two toughest items as a tall gal! I’ve found some denim brands that make tall options and recently found some that make tall bodysuits.
So if you’re in the same boat as me, I’m rounding up 5 great bodysuits for fall that will work if you’re on the taller side!
Fall Bodysuits for Tall Women
Farm Rio Printed Bodysuit
This isn’t specifically a tall bodysuit but I recently got this Farm Rio bodysuit and am obsessed with it! It’s thin enough to wear when it’s on the warmer side but has a fun fall print. You can wear shorts, wide-leg jeans, or skirts and pair them with your favorite leather jacket. It’s a round-neck bodysuit with puffed sleeves and I found some really cool prints.
ASOS Threadbare Tall Turtleneck Long Sleeve Bodysuit
I get a lot of my bodysuits from the ASOS Tall line and they never let me down for a bodysuit. They’re usually under $50 and are perfect for a date night or night out with the girls. BooHoo is another great site for affordable items like tops and everything in Tall! Shop some of my favorite ASOS tall bodysuits below.
Henley or Ribbed Bodysuit
A henley-style bodysuit is always good to have on hand to wear with more casual items like jeans and sweatpants. Abercrombie & Fitch has had some great casual bodysuits this season that range from a turtleneck or tee to a square neckline or cowl neck. I wear these with sweatpants around the house and then throw on boyfriend jeans and a denim jacket if I’m meeting friends or running errands. The bodysuits don’t specifically come in tall but I can wear them and their dresses and jeans come in tall.
Madewell Crewneck Bodysuit
Y’all know I’m Madewell’s #1 fan. I wear their shirts nonstop and was excited to see them make a bodysuit that pairs perfectly with jeans. Plus Madewell pieces are so soft and versatile. Love dressing up and down their pieces and it’s quick and easy to put an outfit on when layering their pieces. A lot of these are on sale right now!
Reformation Rylen Knit Bodysuit
This is a bodysuit I got last year that’s been well-loved. It’s gone with me on all of my cold-weather trips and is great to layer under jackets and sweaters! I got a size Medium and it’s shrunk a little bit from washing. It’s 100% worth the price in my opinion with how much I wear it!
