Unless you’ve been living in a hole, you’ve probably heard of Emily in Paris on Netflix. Season 2 was released over the holidays and I’ll give the show some credit, Emily has a fabulous wardrobe. There was one particular episode where Emily was working a Cartier Heart Party on a boat and had on a gorgeous white fitted dress with red hearts all over it. It was also the dress worn in the season 2 premiere poster.
When I see an outfit I love, I can’t get it out of my head until I find it. This dress was easy to find online and is the ANOUKI Sophia Heart Print Midi Dress. Unfortunately, it was sold out everywhere. This girl looked all over the internet for a good dupe or something similar and nothing measured up to the original. Then I was on SheIn’s website and saw this white dress. While the style is a little different than the silhouette of the dress, it’s pretty dang close. So I ordered it in a size medium and looked for options for the hearts.
Amazon had these iron-on hearts that were a good size and not too expensive. I ordered 10 packs and went to work! Two episodes of How I Met Your Father later and done. I only did the front side and skipped the sleeves. But I love how it turned out. See the finished product below!
