I was given a complimentary stay at Yotel Boston Seaport in exchange for this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Every fall, my mom and I take a trip somewhere in New England. This year the trip took place on and around her birthday so we celebrated by going to Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and ended in Boston. We have never been to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard before, but Boston is a city we know and love and it’s always good to be back.
We’ve stayed in several different areas of Boston and this time around stayed in the Seaport District. After some research I found Yotel. It was in the perfect location! Only 15 minutes from the airport, right next to a subway station, around the corner from Trader Joe’s and so close to a bunch of shops and restaurants. Read all about our stay below!
A Stay at the Yotel Boston Seaport
We checked into our hotel after a busy day of traveling and immediately fell into our bed. I love the fact that the bed could recline if you’re in bed watching TV or working and then go flat when you’re ready to sleep. The bed was so soft and comfortable and had phone chargers and little head lights so you can work or read without distrubing anyone.
Our room also had a mini-fridge, desk with an amazing view of Seaport. There was also a Sephora, Warby Parker and Lulu Lemon across the street! I would sit at the desk and enjoy the view and lights at night.
Our room also had a little sitting area and table in front of the TV and an AMAZING bathroom. There was a towel warmer to keep your towel toasty when you got out of the spacious walk-in shower, so luxurious! The bathroom also had a great rain shower that instantly relaxed me. Our room was a relaxing oasis that was perfect after a long day of walking around exploring Boston!
If you want to get out of your room Yotel also has a great lobby with a bar. You can sit in there, enjoy a drink and work. It’s also a great spot for people watching!
Deck 12
Yotel also has a rooftop bar called Deck 12. I highly recommend making reservations because it’s one of the best views in Boston! You can sit inside or outside but I definely suggest eating outside under the heaters to enjoy the city view.
We were there during my mom’s birthday and the staff treated her like a queen! We dined on Clam Chowder, Burgers, Onion Rings, and Chocolate Cake for dessert. You can’t go wrong with anything on Deck 12’s menu!
This place looks awesome, definitely book marking it to stay here when I get to travel again!
