One of our first stops in San Francisco was our hotel. We landed in San Fran at 10 p.m. and after jet lag and an issue with our luggage, we were ready to go to bed.
But when we pulled in front of the hotel, it took my breath away. The InterContinental Mark Hopkins sits on top of a hill in the famous Knob Hill district and is ideally situated in the heart of the city with easy access to many of the area’s top attractions. Overlooking the city with breathtaking views of the Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay, and beyond, our San Francisco Bay Area hotel is close to numerous opportunities for sightseeing, shopping, dining, entertainment, and nightlife.
We were itching to go out and explore but sleep first. The beds at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins were so comfortable. I slept amazingly and woke up ready to conquer San Fran. See more of the InterContinental and our room below.
A Stay At the InterContinental Mark Hopkins
Our room was so cozy. The perfect place for us to rest after a busy day of sightseeing. We loved the guidebooks that were in our rooms and the view was breathtaking.
I think my favorite part of our stay would have to be The Top of the Mark. Located on the 19th floor of the grand hotel, this restaurant had a view that provides a 360-degree panorama along with a dance floor, signature martini menu, and exciting events schedule. The photos don’t do the view justice!
I’m dying to visit San Fran! Looks like you had a beautiful stay!
