I was given a complimentary stay at the Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel, in exchange for this post.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know my husband and I took a trip to Lake Tahoe last November to promote their #SierraSafely initiative. We left our five days in Lake Tahoe so in love with the city and all it has to offer. So when we were planning our trip out west with my in-law, we knew we wanted to show them Lake Tahoe.
Since we were in Tahoe in the winter and it was snowing, it was almost a completely different experience in June. The weather was incredible and it was the perfect time to be outside and on the water! Our hotel, the Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel was the perfect location. It’s in South Lake Tahoe near the base of Heavenly Mountain Resort, Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel is South Lake Tahoe’s only all-suite lodging option.

Where to Stay in South Tahoe: A Stay at Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel
As I said, I went with my in-laws. Our room had two double queen beds, a small kitchen, dining table, and living room area. It was the perfect amount of space for all four of us! The lobby of the hotel is an amazing thing to see. It has high ceilings that let in lots of gorgeous light, greenery, and a small pond with fish and turtles. The lobby is also super cozy with a large fireplace, comfortable leather sofas and chairs, and plush rugs. When you arrive and get settled into your room, I definitely recommend exploring the property and its atrium areas.

The hotel was still under COVID protocol when we visited and the state of California still required masks. However, the swimming pool is open and the onsite restaurant was open for dinner for patio dining or take-out only. Breakfast is also included with your room but is served in a container for in-suite dining. So you grab breakfast and head to your room and enjoy it.

Moments from world-class gaming, dining, ice-skating, golfing, shopping, hiking, biking, entertainment, and lake activities, experience Lake Tahoe lodging that is perfect for families, weddings, adventure vacations, and just about any group you can imagine. Next time you’re in the area, book your room at Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel. I know I will!

Wow this looks great! I’ve been wanting to go to Tahoe for some time!

My sister honeymooned in Lake Tahoe almost 15 years ago and she loved it there. Ever since she visited, I’ve wanted to take a trip as well. You’ve convinced me to stay here if I ever get the chance to go. It looks like a dream!
This looks like a beautiful hotel to stay at. I’m adding it to my list in case we make it to this part of the country. 🙂
