In case you need a reminder, Valentine’s Day is 23 days away. This reminder is more for the guys than the ladies, but during these crazy days, we all need a reminder! While I don’t have my Vday plans nailed down (shocker, we’ll be celebrating at home), I know that I don’t want to wear a dress this year. If you’re not a dress person, there are plenty of ways to dress up for Valentine’s Day that don’t require a dress. I thought I’d share five of my favorite looks with you, to give you some inspiration!
5 Cute Valentines Day Looks that Aren’t Dresses
Button-Up Top & Jeans
This top was such a fun Poshmark find. I got it for $11! I tie it in the front and pair it with my favorite jeans for a relaxed, at-home look. If you want to take it to the next level, add some red lipstick!

Embellished Sleeve Top & Jeans
Feeling fancy? I see you girl! Bring the drama is an embellished sleeve top. Dress it down with jeans and trade in your slippers for some sleek heels.

Sweater & Velvet Skirt
I love a good velvet skirt moment. This old tie-dye velvet skirt from Free People is one of my go-to’s. But get cozy and pair the skirt with an oversized sweater. You might as well be warm since it’s cold on Valentine’s Day!

Sequin Skirt & Tee
This may be a little out there for some of you fashion lovers but hear me out. A sequin skirt is DYING to be paired with a graphic tee. This tee is old from Vici and I couldn’t find anything similar to it, but love it with this sequin fringe skirt (also from Vici). The skirt has some good stretch so I can watch Netflix on the couch comfortably!

Jacket & Sweater
If you follow any of the Valentine’s Day activities I mentioned in my post earlier this week, you’ll be outside. So since you’re outside, bundle up in a coat, beret, and cute heart-shaped sunnies! This sweater is old from Madewell and couldn’t really find anything similar. But I linked a similar beret, sunnies, and jacket below!

That poshmark top was such a steal! great find! I still have to figure out my Valentine’s Day look!
I’d be surprised if I end up styling anything more than leggings and a graphic tee on Valentine’s Day because I don’t really leave my house now and we have no plans for the holiday haha. BUUUUT you’re giving me serious inspiration in case those plans totally change and we DO end up doing something fun.
All of these are so cute!! I love the button-up top and jeans!

I love the idea of dressing down some sequins, but more likely I’ll want to be cute and cozy in an oversized sweater!
Chic on the Cheap
I could picture any of these looks being perfect for Valentine’s Day (& beyond!) My fave is the sequin skirt with the graphic tee. So fun!
