Fitness is such an important part of my life. I work out at least 3 times a week and love switching out my workout. Spin, Barre, Yoga & Bounce at Studio 51st – Studio 51st is a boutique and fitness studio in West Nashville, The Nations specifically. There you can find classes in yoga, barre, bounce, spin, and dance. I get bored easily and enjoy switching out my workouts here!
HOTBOX Fitness – Another workout I enjoy? Boxing! This is such a great class. They really push you and when I go they have the absolute best playlists. It makes you excited to work up a sweat!
Shed Group Fitness – I really enjoy working out in a group. I’m competitive and like having others to keep up with. Each day of the week will focus on a different muscle group. You will be led through 3-5 stations of moderate to high-intensity exercises. SHED classes are designed for ALL fitness levels and it’s such a great community.
Well Body Pilates – Well Body did pop up classes at Studio 51st for a while and I loved the deep workout I got. It’s also really gentle on your body and is super low impact. My abs never looked so good!
Farenheight Yoga – Located in 12 South, this is a new yoga studio in a gorgeous 2-story building. Their yoga classes are on the harder side but are so challenging and the instructors are so sweet and friendly!
