4 of the Best Eyeliners for the Perfect Cat-Eye

September 3, 2021

This best eyeliners blog post contains affiliate links.

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not great at beauty or makeup. But one thing I have mastered is the cat-eye/winged liner. It’s the one thing I do every day that never changed. Over the years I’ve tried several different brands and today I thought I’d share my 4 best eyeliners for the perfect cat-eye.

4 Best Eyeliners for the Perfect Cat-Eye:

Charlotte Tilbury The Feline Flick

This is the newest product I’ve tried and I’ve been obsessed from the get-go. I love how skinny it is and that I have a rubber pad to hold onto when using. I feel like I can control the liner so much better and this liner has definitely been a game-changer for me.

Urban Decay Perversion Waterproof Fine Point Eye Pen

Another recent favorite, this eyeliner is perfect for every day when you don’t want something as dramatic. The black is a little less subtle and not as pigmented as other black eyeliners.

Almay Eyeliner Pen

I started using the Almay pen when it was sent to me a few months ago. It has good coverage and is an amazing price! If you’re a girl who is on a budget, this is a great low-key option for a good cat-eye.

Revlon ColorStay Liquid Liner

The first black liquid liner I ever used! It comes in regular and skinny, and if you want a lot of wing, this stuff is the best. If I’m doing a nighttime look and want my liner strong and on point, this is my go-to. It’s a little bit more than the Almay but still good for the girl on a budget.

There you have it! There are still a few more liquid liners I’d like to try (like the Kat Von D) but I’m waiting until I run out of the four I have above. I’m doing a video soon on a cat-eye how-to and will show you the differences between these four then!
