I get inquiries to work with all sorts of brands and companies. The longer I blog, the pickier I am about the company I work with. I received an email a few weeks ago from a company called The Good Cards. The idea behind The Good Cards is simple. It’s a game for happiness that helps others while having fun at the same time.
The Good Cards is a physical card that you receive. It’s made from biodegradable material and is your entrance to the game. You scan the card using The Good Cards mobile app and you’re sent on a mission to do something good for someone else. Once you do your good deed, you pass the card to the person touched by your deed, and the card lives on working its magic!
The Good Cards is a real life game that allows communities of people to spread happiness in real life. The Good Cards allows dreamers to see their impact in real life across the globe. Communities of dreamers can play the game and track the chain reaction that results from their good deed and how it encourages future acts of kindness.
The Good Cards is the first game in the world that is happening in real life where people receive good deed missions toward collective goals which to help people create a better world. Unlike Pokemon Go, the entire game is a “real life” game. The entire game of The Good Cards is played in “real life” “real time” and in the “real world” where dreamers can have a collective impact of a better world.
How The Good Card Works
You will receive a physical Good Card. Download an app, scan the card in your mobile app, and receive a mission of doing a good deed for somebody else, secretly and anonymously. The next person receives the card, through a good deed, they scan it in their mobile app, and they receive a mission to pay it forward. Once you have done your mission, the next person will take the card and do their part to give back. As the cards travel from hand to hand, everybody in the line is able to track it and read all the kindness stories happening around the world with the exact card you passed. There are 12 missions and 4 levels where each time you complete a mission you unlock the next.
Each mission will be done anonymously and you will be able to track the anonymous good deed. You can see the journey of your good deed via stories, locations, cities, countries and activation. As your good deed travels you will see the impact globally with a tracker inside the app that displays the storyline of your card. Cards have already traveled from the USA to 17 countries: Colombia, Belgium, Bolivia, Netherlands, Puerto Rico, México, Chile, Costa Rica, Portugal, Poland, Jordan, Ukraine, Australia, Switzerland, UK, Canada, Bali, and Malaysia.
The Good Cards is important because collectively individuals will spread more happiness, love and kindness, thus creating a better world. Globally, people are facing social and environmental challenges in our society right now. The Good Cards will be able to promote accountability. The Good Cards could possibly be the most effective way to build social trust through doing genuine good for others.
The collective actions of doing good creates engagement, sharing stories of inspiration and cultivates influential communities of love and kindness; helping to build and restore faith in humanity and society.
This is a great way to pay it forward while also changing the world! The Good Cards Kickstarter began today and they need your help from now until July 15 to raise money for this app that spreads happiness like confetti! So far, the cards are available only if you met the founders of this project or if you’ve been approached by them.
The cards have arrived to 18 countries so far (see image above) and starting today, they’ve opened themselves to the public through Kickstarter. If you back The Good Cards on Kickstarter, you’ll get your own card and can start the game! So if you want your own card to start missions, you can start by backing this project and starting to spread some good in the world!
Keep me posted on your progress!
